These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Nawat Altakwin Company — Limited Liability Company (Commercial Registration No. 7053936733, VAT No. 314703130800003), operating under the brand NAWA (“NAWA”, “we”), and the person booking or using our services (“Client”, “you”). By booking a service or using this website you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions
- Service: any genetic test, counselling session, or package offered by NAWA.
- Client: the individual (or couple) booking or receiving a Service.
- Sample: the biological material provided by the Client for laboratory analysis.
- Report: the written result of the genetic analysis.
- Counsellor: a licensed genetic counsellor or physician engaged by NAWA.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide truthful and complete identity, contact, and medical information.
4. Services
NAWA offers premarital and family-planning genetic testing services, including the Comprehensive Genetic Compatibility Test and the Complete Premarital Peace of Mind Package, together with related genetic counselling. The scope of each Service is described on our website and confirmed at booking.
5. Booking, pricing, and payment
Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax where applicable. Payment terms are agreed at booking. NAWA issues tax-compliant invoices in accordance with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements.
6. Sample collection and Client responsibilities
The Client is responsible for attending the scheduled sample-collection appointment, following any preparation instructions, and disclosing any medical facts relevant to the interpretation of the Report. NAWA is not responsible for delays or inaccurate results caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client.
7. Turnaround times
Estimated turnaround times are indicative only and depend on laboratory capacity, sample quality, and third-party providers. NAWA is not liable for reasonable delays outside its control.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled prior to sample collection. Once a Sample has been collected and laboratory processing has begun, the Service is deemed rendered and fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; contact contact@nawa.com.sa.
9. Medical disclaimer
Genetic screening is not diagnostic. Results indicate probabilities and carrier status; they do not guarantee a healthy pregnancy, a healthy child, or the absence of all genetic conditions. Results must be interpreted with a qualified professional. NAWA does not provide emergency medical care and does not replace routine prenatal or medical care.
10. Informed consent
By purchasing or using a genetic testing Service you confirm that you have read and given Informed Consent for Genetic Testing, including consent to the collection and analysis of your biological Sample and the processing of your genetic data as described in that document and in our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAWA's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a Service is limited to the fees actually paid for that Service. NAWA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for reproductive, marital, or family decisions made by the Client based on the Report.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, and reports formats — is owned by NAWA or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You retain rights to your own personal and genetic data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Confidentiality
NAWA treats Client information as confidential and applies the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy. Employees and partners are bound by written confidentiality obligations.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be submitted to the competent courts of Riyadh.
16. Amendments
NAWA may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you book a Service applies to that booking. Changes are effective when published on this page.
